Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to the Vulpie.AI website, desktop application, related integrations, and services. By accessing or using Vulpie.AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current.

• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend accounts used unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.

Vulpie.AI provides productivity tools including task planning, timers, reports, mascot feedback, cloud features, and optional third-party integrations. Features may change as the product develops. Screenshots, roadmap items, and descriptions are informational and are not guarantees that a feature will always remain available.

You may not use Vulpie.AI to:

• Break applicable law or violate another person’s rights.
• Access another user’s account or data without permission.
• Upload malicious code, disrupt the service, or bypass security controls.
• Scrape, spam, harass, defraud, or distribute unlawful content.
• Abuse AI or integration features to facilitate harmful activity.

Paid plans may renew automatically until cancelled. The price, billing period, trial length, and included features are shown before purchase.

• You can cancel renewal through your account settings where available.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments already made are non-refundable unless required by law.
• If a paid order is cancelled by us after payment, the amount paid will be refunded.

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. You authorise the processor to charge the payment method you provide. We may change pricing, but changes to an existing subscription will apply no earlier than its next renewal after reasonable notice.

Vulpie.AI, its software, mascot, interface, text, artwork, logos, downloadable files, and other materials are owned by Vulpie.AI or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Vulpie.AI may connect to services such as Google, Firebase, payment providers, and AI providers. Their products are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or content outside our control.

We may release updates, change features, perform maintenance, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to keep Vulpie.AI reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vulpie.AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using Vulpie.AI at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or respond to a material breach. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export or delete your data.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Material updates will be communicated through the website, application, or email. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Vulpie.AI operator is established, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country.
